List your Property

Holiday Rentals
To list your property please register by completing the short term rental Registration Form.
We will then review your application and email you with your unique account number and the password you chose. Once you get this you can LOGIN and enter your properties.
Long Term Rentals
To list your property please register by completing the long term rental Registration Form. this involves buying property advertising space at £75 per property per year. At registration you will be asked if you want to just one or maybe more advertising spaces. Once you have registered (and purchased advertising space) we email you your login details so you can then upload your property details to the site. At the end of the year we will send you renewal reminders. If you do not wish to renew simply leave the reminders unanswered and we will automatically stop listing the property advertisement. You can buy more advertising space at any time.
Administration Long Terms Rentals
We understand that for owners arranging Viewings, Rental Contract, Inventory’s etc all required to proceed with a long term rental can be difficult for owners, when living abroad.
We have put together an Administration Package for property owners, which should make the procedure easier.
Inventory
We will visit your apartment and take a full inventory, this will then be typed and faxed/emailed to you for approval and signature, the clients will the view the inventory and approve, a copy will then be distributed to you and the client. The cost 150€.
Contract
A contract will be purchased, translated and completed for the owner, the contract will then be faxed for signature and approval and returned to
us, we will then visit the client for signature. The contract will then be copied again and a copy given to owner and client.
Reference & Documentation
References, Passport Information, Residencia Information will be collated copied and forwarded to the owner.
Services
We will contact Telefonica and Endesa on your behalf to stop all direct debits from your account for these services and arrange direct debit for the client.
Urbanisation Administrator
Will inform the president and Urbanisation Administrator that a new client is now occupying the apartment for their records.
Cost for the above 300€
Apartment Viewings 25€ per viewing
